Welcome, Saint Charles Bible Students!

This group is a lot more than a Bible Study. We are going to study scripture and how it relates to what God wants for our lives. This group's purpose is to be a call to those who love Christ and wants to follow Him fully, but is feeling the repression of the church, or those who want to seek what God wants for them in scripture but feels they are unable. We are going to be looking at how to go back to what Christ commanded and what the first century church did. We are going to be looking in scripture as to what Christ commanded in regards to the great commission and in regards to the body of believers. I don't know if anyone will have interest in this group. This is not to argue out what church is, but rather seek what scripture tells us to do and seek how the church behaved historically for the first three centuries, and to seek how God designed the church to operate. If some of you are interested, I would like to hear from you and what your expectations are before we set a meeting date. This is not a place for anyone to vent anger against the church, but rather to seek reform of it in individual lives and through making disciples in Christ.
